This is a refreshing surprise! I have been here once and the NE was asking for 2 k. After a lot of tedious negotiation she finally agreed for 0.7 k but it totally ruined the mood. I wanted to report about this house and inquire from the bro's here if they have any idea who / what is going on in this place.
