Everybody's dream monger country is different. The only reason I am looking to Angola is the dramatic demise of the Kwanza and availability of cheap flights from Europe and now availability of tourist visa.

2 years ago it was an extremely expensive country as the kwanza was totally overvalued and if you didn't work there to get Visa was nigh impossible.

Black market rate for kwanza.

Under www.kinguilahoje.com or rokesanteiro.com there is information about the actual black market rate for the usd.

Now around 500 kwa / usd. The official rate is around 370 kwa / usd.

Since around 2013 several supermarket chains in Angola like kero, maxi and shoprite Angola. Average of prices for sure 30% less than Kenya. Leaflet with specials under shoprite. Co. Ao.

Probably many items from South Africa free of duty. 2 kgs. Of sugar 1 usd, bottle of beer 0,25 LT. 0. 30 usd etc. Also several new breweries so stiff competition.

The minimum salary in Angola is between 21000 - 32000 kwa depending the occupation, agriculture low and financials high.

That means between usd 40 to 60.

Ya. I know the video. Its actually a copy of a jamaican music video of Konshens. The problem is it doesn't reflect the reality. Since the Ugandan government created the post of the Ethics minister Minis and hot pants are banned on the streets of Kampala but the girls found a work around by wearing tight leggins which while covering everything they reveal everything. In the clubs the girls change clothes. And on hotel or private pools you can see bikini clad chicas.
No such laws exists in the former Portuguese colonies of Africa...

You are making a big mistake because you don't know Uganda, otherwise you wouldn't have written these lines. Uganda isn't only the best African country but in the world. Anyway, after your suggestions about Angola I understand and I believe Angola is a good country for mongering. I thank you.

Luanda depends where you monger. If you're company provides car with driver you can hunt anywhere. The problem Luanda is to move around. If you worked through the whole Bradt Guide Angola you would know.

Go to Lubango Lobito. Use domestic flight. Take a Landcruiser with driver. Drive around. Let your driver talk to some girls. Pick them up. Fuck them. Give them 10 usd. Finish. A bikini bottom was being ripped from one hand to another.

I've seen tourists on the beach there before and after but that experience was almost traumatizing.

That's one of the reasons I asked the bare skin question. I've seen exposed skin on video of African countries but almost never have I seen it myself except for tourists.

Hey of course. WHITE meat attracts a lot of black guys. For them its like Christmas and Easter together. Perfectly normal. Most local chics can't even afford bathing gear. In Mombasa there is used Bikinis for rent. yuck. Some girls use Bikinis on a public beach. But only for swimming. After that they cover up right away. A different story on private Hotel pools. I gave swimming lessons to some hot bikini clad ebony chicas in a private hotel pool in Jinja. Very enjoyable. But I agree many public beaches especially in muslim dominated places like Senegal you see the woman enter the water with full dress on.
