To make matters worse, this video has been uploaded on youtube, without even blurring their faces. Its a fit case for approaching the high court. She has absolutely no right to disclose and malign the identity of the customers. They were'nt caught doing any hanky panky. Cross gender massages are perfectly legal in India and affirmed and categorically declared to be so by a number of High Courts, particularly the Madras High Court. Furthermore, a customer (assuming one to be so) cannot be imputed any liability under the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act as there is no provison of an offence in the said act qua a customer. When there is no offence, there cannot be an arrest, much less judicial custody. Sadly most people are not aware of the law.

In case any of the fellow brothers or their friends find themselves in any LE trouble let me know. I would agitate it before the appropriate forum if need be.

Indeed! The spas raided are Crown, Jasmine and Jannat in around Nawada, Dwarka / Madhuvihar. I don't think she has the cooperation from police and it seems to be a purely DCW raid. Still time to cool off for a few days.

She is actually mad the way she is reacting on those videos to the customers is really inhuman I am surprised no one is raising voice against her every one knows all the spa are cross than how could she shout and reveal identity of the people on camera. She forcefully taking those women in custody when they are adult masseurs and not forced into the trade. This is high time to clear it up once over for all. Miss A stays in south ex. She's been reviewed here many times. My experience was as same as the others. It was a so-so experience.
