After being here for three days (here for a week) and staying at an Airbnb rental in Miraflores, I can confirm the building where I am is highly guest friendly. Yes, Relax & Vida still exists and is still in business.

Sadly it doesn't offer the same services exactly. Since a few months ago, maybe little more than a year, the prohibition against sexual services that was only nominal has become more strict. The girls are no longer provided with condoms so even a BJ is out of the question now.
