I was harassed and then settled for 12 k with cops while partying with Afros last week around CHHPR. This was a huge party with 200 Afros in a hidden spot and I was the only local on the road around 3 AM with the gang. Had a terrible time with the cops. I would suggest staying low for all night time activities.
