I know there will be heaps of smart arse comments here, but at the moderate end of the offensive scale, this type of stuff and the wider treatment of females in Phils is just not acceptable.

Now a simple reply is RTFF as the Philippine forum contains a wealth of information on what, where, how, who and prices.

And you could fly internationally to Cebu but depends what route, which carrier and where you depart from. Again that is covered in a RTFF as some give ideas of cheaper airline.
