What are some good pathology labs in Kolkata where you can get the tests done for herpes and HPV.

Posts: 56HIV medicine Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)
Friends,
I came across this on web. Thought should share the info. Purpose is not to scare anyone.
As of now 800 people in India are taking it.
Has any one tried these medicine. Please share your experience.

" Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP).
Pre-exposure prophylaxis (or PrEP) is a way for people who do not have HIV but who are at very high risk of getting HIV to prevent HIV infection by taking a pill every day. The pill (brand name Truvada) contains two medicines (tenofovir and emtricitabine) that are used in combination with other medicines to treat HIV. When someone is exposed to HIV through sex or injection drug use, these medicines can work to keep the virus from establishing a permanent infection.
Truvada for PrEP (Pre-exposure Prophylaxis) is a daily pill.
Up to 97% effective at preventing HIV.
When taken daily, PrEP is highly effective for preventing HIV. Studies have shown that PrEP reduces the risk of getting HIV from sex by about 99% when taken daily.
Among people who inject drugs, PrEP reduces the risk of getting HIV by at least 74% when taken daily. PrEP is much less effective if it is not taken consistently.
As PrEP only protects against HIV, condoms are important for the protection against other STDs.
Condoms are also an important prevention strategy if PrEP is not taken consistently.

Most of the STI when you read web, it says that there is a big possibility that the infected person might not have symptoms.
To be safe Can any one suggest the name of tests we should do?
More importantly can anyone suggest Labs that conduct these tests in Bangalore.
Where we won't feel awkward and tests done professionally?

I am planning to get tested for STDs and HIV as part of a regular health check.
From the form I have learned that "Vijaya diagnostics" is good place to get these tests done. Is any specific branch of Vijaya diagnostics where these testes are done? I need help with tests names and what to be told while making an appointment.
Any brother who got these tests done in the past, please advise. All inputs are appreciated.

Posts: 82My experience with Tadalafill tablet
Hi all,
I had slight ED problem and took tadalafil tablet 10 MG, 4 hours before to see how my body is performing.
I had a good sex session and my penis has got strong erect and can clearly understand my body, that medicine is helping well. The effect was there for almost more than 1 day. It was erecting so well with frequent intervals.
Downside is after one day, my muscles got pulled from back side bum to ankle area. Can't even able to sit or walk casually. It was expected side effects and took pain killer later.
Maybe I should have tried with tadalafil 5 MG dose.
Regards.

Guys,
Anyone going through (or have tried) a NOFAP challenge for a long period of time? How has it affected your mongering?
I'm doing it now, and 3 months later it has not been broken yet (though some amount of "edging" happens from time to time, I'm able to control it). Recently I went to a spa to get a body massage, but my johny was down all the time, and didn't show any signs of waking up. It was a Thai massage, no extras were on the table (I didn't ask as well). I'm wondering if the NOFAP challenge had to do something about it.
If anyone has an experience with this, please share.

Add above mentioned price if you want to get tested for all of them at once. It would cost you 2.5 k approx. And can go up to 3 k including inflation because these were the price when I got tested a year and a half ago.

Hello All,
Would like to know if anyone here is vaccinated for the dreadful disease.
I always use umbrella in rain and till not haven't got wet but want to invest in raincoat also; for in case of any holes in umbrella or if it flies away in storm.
Do let me know what vaccines are available in market.
I am a research geek. Want to know everything before I put my front foot forward.
TIA.
TA.

Skrypton7 Bro,
To answer your questions:
1. Consult any Gastroenterologist or a doctor specialized in infectious diseases or Venereology and ask him/her to prescribe for a Hepatitis Vaccine. Doctor would first order for a baseline testing, if the results are negative, one can get vaccine administered. I'm from Bangalore, in Foorrttis Bangalore, each shot costed me INR110 + Nursing Charges and never faced any stigma or weird faces/gestures.
2 , 3. I have taken Hepatitis Vaccine in 2017 and didn't have any side effects, however, it varies from person to person.
Regards,
MSL.
