I use with condom and it's been good.

Most of the condoms nowadays come with the numbing gel on top so that your penis head loses sensitivity for some time, the chemical used is same as in other gels. S and the product info said 3 sprays maximum. So when you say you spray 6-7 that sounds like some Indian stuff which is not so plenty for which one would have to spray that much! But for each its own!

It says more than 3 but less than 10. I never did more than 8. But yeah this is more like it won't work the same for everyone. I kind of vouch for it because it works great for me.
