This is the step by step process I followed.

4 sent a purchase request.

4 b using their messaging system he asked me to call on his mobile for confirmation.

4 c called him and confirmed and made payment via PayTM and sent the confirmation and transaction details via the messenger.

5 he sent the desired amount to my localbitcoins wallet.

6 sent directly from localbitcoins to ISG wallet code and sent the transaction details to admin.

One point to note. I bought slightly excess (worth 2100) to cover transfer fees and Forex fluctuations.
