It's been a while I started hunting and tried to check the difference in quality of stuff available at SA viz-a-viz passed on WG thru references. Some here and some thru other friends.

Been to a Asia spa at gold souk mall. Negotiated 500 for 30 minutes at counter. A fat local NI started by doing dry massage. The girl knew nothing about massage. After 10 minutes of so called massage Asked for extras, no full service offered but only B2B offered for 1.5 k. Was horny so accepted.
