I found money exchange gives good rate than banks & you can bargain as well with them. The more currency you will exchange, better the rate will be. They have rate for 1500,3000 & above 5 K. Or do Western Union and pick it in Delhi, just select cash at agent location option. Don't change at airport as rate will be low and fee high.
