This happened couple of weeks ago. I messaged few of my old SA contacts and just enquired how they were all doing in this quarantine. Couple of them replied and we wished each other well with hopes of meeting post covid-19 situation. We never discussed about $$ before I lost my phone.

Do some research with your symptoms and see if you need kegels or reverse kegels. Doing the wrong one will only make it worse.
