Lot of spas are already open, though they will entertain only regular customers. But either way it's a risky affair. Apart from the obvious risk of the virus, there is a good chance you might get screwed by the contact tracking of health service. Imagine getting a notice from authorities that you'll be quarantined for visiting this spa because another visitor there tested positive.

No legitimate spas are open! Period. Even after lock down lifts, the social distancing rules are bound to continue. I don't see a light at the end of tunnel yet. The other options is the TH & NE therapists who have not left the town. But risks are high.

Definitely wouldn't recommend it so early. We're quite far away from considering anybody free from virus, as many cases detected were those who did not have any symptoms. So once can never be sure. We've held our horses till now, better not give up in the last leg.
