Question. I always take my pills out of the blister package and store them in a pill bottle all together, is it better to keep them in the blister package until ready to use them? Do the lose effectiveness when out of the blister package?

Never do that! To say the least, they will be exposed to humidity. The blister is sealed.
Do they lose effectiveness? I do not know how affected by being unsealed they could be, but just the doubt would have a negative placebo effect on me.

This is my SOP:
