When I moved over 20 years ago the vast majority of dudes fit into the first category. I think a lot of that had to do with the fact that in order to live over here you had to have experienced some modicum of success in your life back home, be on a fat expat package, or be an English teacher who just didn't care about anything. There were also a lot of guys who could afford to come over here for a couple of months a year and they were normally quite successful back home as well. As flights became cheaper and things became easier and more accessible Thailand opened up to a very different type of punter. And that goes for both Western and Asian punters. So as time went by there were more and more that fit into the second category. I always found it comical with dudes who used P4 P to feed their ego. To me the whole idea of it is there is no ego involved.

This might be my category, with a footnote. That 3000 baht agogo girl is probably 2000 baht on the second evening and 1500 baht thereafter. But, there is no second date if the first date isn't on point. I have a history of sending the poor performers away before the first date is finished, usually with partial payment. I'll just go out and bring another back a short time later. I'm willing to pay whatever it takes, but I insist on good performance.

There are also the men who have so much money that 1,000 baht versus 10,000 baht makes no difference to them. There is no point in haggling price because an extra 9,000 baht is no more significant to these men than buying the 10 baht water instead of the 7 baht water at 7-11.

(B) they hope this will get them better service and or.

(C) hook the lady as wanting to be a regular if her service and or attitude is up to his standards.

Even so, sometimes Thai women will actually prefer the older well dressed gentleman rather than a Justin Bieber or Brad Pitt lookalike.

Some Thai women are looking for a wealthy sugar daddy or husband to "take care" of her, her family, all her relatives, kin & the entire village.

In return she will "take care" of her farang very well, I'm sure.

Some other factors may also come into play to attract Thai ladies, besides mere cash and being a high or low roller.

For example, how one smells. Is your scent of Chanel number 5. Or dog shit.

For another example, are you a polite or interesting talker. Do you speak Thai. Do you show interest in your "date". Are you considerate. Do you have "game".

For yet another example, race may also be an important factor with some Thai females, whether in or out of the "pay for play" market.

You seem to conveniently leave out that the 1st group sometimes sacrifices quality or convenience. Not always, but sometimes. ME, I prefer lookers over plain girls and I am willing to pay the market rate for them whatever that is depending on when and where I find them. Keep in mind that poon is a depreciating asset just like hotel rooms and empty plane seats. That why guys who are willing to wait until 4 am can usually score a better deal than guys that want that girl at 9 pm.

I dig variety. It mixes things up and makes it more interesting. To me, it is the substance of what someone posts, the topic, the observations, conclusions, debatable points and so on that matters and what it is about those things that inspires me to respond or not.

I really couldn't care less if all ten of my previous replies were to the same member hiding behind different identities and ISG accounts and that old lady has not left her Des Moines, Iowa basement since 1965 if what she posted is worth considering and responding to based on my experiences and observations as well.
