I read about that place on a list of foreigner-friendly shops in Osaka, so I gave it a try the last time I was there in summer 2019. I was turned away, however. Sometimes places that are foreigner friendly become less so depending on who's working the desk that day. Anyway, I walked over the Club Gorgeous nearby and got hotel health takeout.

If you scroll back far enough (maybe into 2018 or 2019 reports), someone posted about the place you're asking about and I think he liked it.

Thanks for the info. I have actually seen some of the posts about Tobita Shinchi, but I'm looking more for GFE and girls that speak English. Obviously hard to meet escorts in general because no one's coming to Osaka in the middle of a pandemic, so most girls that provide any sort of service here don't speak English. Which is why I've come here to see if anyone has had any recent experiences.

While I can't speak to current operating model I went about a year ago and I enjoyed it for a first timer. The service is going to be pretty perfunctory but the girl selection is great. It's fun to browse around all the blocks and see lots different girls and seemed quite evident by smiles and invitations which ones accepted foreigners at the time ( 75% as I recall). Pricing is basically fixed and there is information on that in the forum and the osaka brothers website. There has been a lot of discussion about it in the past. Try looking for TOBITA, the correct name helps when using the search function.

There won't be much relative to the last 6 months; most likely it would have been out of bounds to foreigners, if still active at all.
