I think ID's for all adult occupants is mandatory irrespective of hotel category wonder if they keep photo scan in hard copy format or upload them in their system. I will be surprised if any hotel takes ID for only individual under whose name booking is created but that will be ideal. If anyone is aware of any such hotel do let me know.

I also feel if one is worried about privacy than its better to book two rooms and post check-in go to Girls room and not invite her to yours. But this is not pocket friendly.

Don't overthink, it's just like a normal hotel, you can carry a bag with towels and booze if you want to.

Usually the payment is in advance, so after you deed just leave and drop the keys at the counter.

No problem taking foreigners to OYO. I took an African girl there last year, had to register the room in both names, and show ID, but you're within the law.
