Please read my previous posts on this thread. This can be a blessing in disguise.

I also face same situation, but been practicing to make it smoother and better.

If it's about fatigue or lack of energy for long duration sexual activities, it's another thing. And need to take care of that part separately.

What I do is, I go first with BJ with cover for around 20 minutes and then go for main action for another 20 minutes taking time and doing foreplay, not to mention another 20 minutes of foreplay at start. So I spend around a blissful 1 hour every time I do and lady is also quite happy.

Bro,

Risk is always there, one may contact herpes at any point of time. Most people having herpes don't know they have it. And it can happen to anyone.
