The Delhi govt is yet to give go ahead to opening of spas in Delhi though these are functioning well in NCR area being part of Haryana and UP.

A petition by some spa owners is currently being heard in Delhi High Court. The Delhi HC has sought reply from Delhi Govt. The Central govt though pleaded that they have given go ahead to opening of SPAs on 18th Nov itself. The matter has been listed for hearing on 4th December as per the news reports in this regard.

Under this scenario where the matter is still being heard in Court, the operation of spas in Delhi is blatantly illegal and may be are running in collusion with LEs and corporation officers.

I have used SA since last 3 yrs. I m quiet on and off on that. Would take membership for a month then may be out of scene on SA for next 6 months.
