For PE you need Dapoxetine, you can start with Duralast 30 MG if no side effects with that you can take 60 MG as well. But read about dapoxetine first.

Bro Vigorite and Sildenafil are the same thing, the active ingredient (salt) in Vigorite tablet is Sildenafil. So if he consumes vigorite he will experience the same side effect (unless the side effect was due to some excipient).

Not an Ayurvedic herb, but since you mentioned 'premature ejaculation' and 'last long' in your post, I'd say try Dapoxetine.

While sildenafil improves blood flow to penis and gives you a good erection, if you want to last long then Dapox is what you're looking for. And since it is a totally different salt, this won't give you headache like sildenafil.
