Posts: 1377Governments steal hard earned money.
Almost all country's do the same thing. They print money like there is no tomorrow. The only way to keep your head above water is to have some gold or maybe a bitcoin or two.

You have some good places to start. You're going to have to some legwork because I don't know that anyone has the experience of hosting twenty people. Lush has an on-line chat line. It seems their biggest pool suites are about 800 square feet. That's tight for twenty. Perhaps you can book two suites. There is also the Swing Motel in Morumbi a little bit south. As the name suggests, they host swingers on occasion. Most Love motels are just rooms with beds where people do their business and leave. Lush and Swing have more elaborate set-ups.
A hotel suite where you also all stay might be the simplest. When the guys want to have sex with a girl at the party, they can go to their room and come back to the party.
Someone mentioned your budget. If money is no object I would walk into Scandallo and ask the hottest girls to go back with you then and now. That's a lot easier than trying to call and organize that many girls at a later time.
If you have a lot of guys saying they will go down to Sao Paulo, start getting them to firm up their commitment by booking flights. From experience, if we had a dozen guys interested in traveling with us maybe six or seven actually came. Work commitments, girlfriends, inertia etc. Get in the way. This will save you a lot of effort trying to plan a party that doesn't require the type of scale you are talking about.

Posts: 648I am all for fair value. You called me a "master negotiator", I don't know if that was ironic or not. I do not consider myself a good negotiator. I hate negotiating as I am a pushover if it comes to negotiating. I try to avoid negotiating by simply stating my "fair" limit and walking away rather than negotiate because I feel that once negotiation starts in a kind of bidding war then chemistry declines. The only thing I have that works to my advantage is the prospect of regular repeats, so the ladies are likely to accept less per visit given the potential for more visits. I am by no means a bargain hunter, I do strive for what I consider to be a fair value for both parties.

I don't mind the consumo fees so much, but I do find the room charges to be annoying and overly expensive. I wish it was more like the FKKs in Germany. You pay one basic fee to enter the club, and then except for alcoholic beverages, the only thing else you will pay for is sex with a girl. And that's it. At Golden Time even the beer was free!

Respecting the girl is right, but my focus was more about what constitutes a fair and even transaction for both parties under the circumstances. I understand that fluctuations in exchange rates would hurt more abroad than at home when your currency weakens. Some of these tutes are obviously exercising a "world view" LOL!
And then, there are those times when a country will devalue its own currency for some reason. I have a buddy married to a Brazilian girl. Her father lost all of his savings when the Brazilian government devalued the real. He worked hard and recovered years later. Only to lose the value of all of his savings when the Brazilians devalued their currency again!

Posts: 4190I know nothing about motels in Săo Paulo, but in Rio there are (or at least were) motels with suites that would easily have space enough for 20 people. I doubt there would be any problem with allowing that many people, just pay enough. However, with the covid situation they might not. Gathering 20 people in a suite, exchanging body fluids, during a pandemic seems very unwise.

Posts: 2092This is true. Affluent Brazilians are the ones who are impacted the most by the exchange rate. They travel abroad and buy imported luxury items. They are also the Brazilians who hold foreign assets. They can cope somewhat with the lower BRL.

Posts: 204The most upscale love motel I know of is Lush Motel near Scandallo. Their biggest suite is big with an ensuite pool. Their decor is very intimate and erotic. I don't know if they allow 20 people in one suite though.

Posts: 648Furthermore, the locals are not going to give you a discount the next time the dollar is weak, just because your purchasing power is down. I've seen Brazil at usdbrl as low as 1. 8. The prices are set for and by local market. The monthly minimum salary is 1000 reais. The real disruptor in the market is Scandalo management, they are charging outrageous entrance fees to both gos and clients and absurd room fee. A lot of guys refuse to session in Scandalo because the total is just outrageous.

Posts: 648I respect your desire to treat the ladies with respect, as that is my approach as well. There are only guidelines not rules, so do what feels correct to you. However, I will say that you should not think of the currency fluctuations as being symmetrical. For example, the usdbrl is currently 5:1 but the purchasing power of the locals has not declined proportionally within Brazil, it has declined if they travel outside of Brazil. Hence Brazilian vacations to Disney World are more expensive for them but purchasing food and other domestic Brazilian products and services are not more expensive than when the USDBLR was 3:1. I mean, yes, there has been inflation in Brazil but it is not correlated to the degree that the dollar and euro have strengthened. Imports are disproportionally affected, domestic product and services less so, and Brazil has a huge domestic economy.

Posts: 648I once dropped off a friend at Congonhas and walked back because it was a nice day to walk but I would not recommend it to a non native. Just take an uber.

Posts: 648One thing that comes to mind as an alternative is to make some kind of arrangement with 57 House (the newly opened replacement for Chanes 57) as they have the facilities, 8 bedrooms, bar, food and girls. They are opening their back room which provides a lot of extra party space. You could possibly try to arrange for extra girls to come in that night only (I. E. Freelancers that will attend the party for some fixed fee). It might be the best option particularly for someone coming in cold to SP. I could possible help arrange it.

Posts: 3Ya I'm definitely open to compensating someone for their help. Really the hardest part is sourcing a rental that won't kick us out for our nefarious deeds. From the past experience of people here I've pretty much figured out how to find girls but thank you all for your responses. They are all greatly appreciated.

Posts: 2812First, if Google says 25 minutes walking time add another 15 at least. Another thing is there a large thoroughfare to be crossed (avenida dos Bandeirantes). I know that avenida. I once walked from Enjoy Clinica to Abobbora (8 minutes on Google) which required crossing the avenida dos Bandeirantes. It was not nice. No pedestrian crossings, I had to wait at a spot where traffic eventually backed up due to red lights somewhere further down, then thread my way between half-moving vehicles to the no man's land separating both sets of lanes. Then repeat to finally reach the other shore. I swore never again and from then on I called an Uber to cover what looked on Google maps like a 8 minutes' stroll.

Of course you might be lucky and catch the avenida dos Bandeirantes so hopelessly backed up you can just walk through at your leisure but I advise to use one of the taxis ("taxi commun"). They have a meter and are only 20% more expensive than an Uber.
Sao Paulo is not a bad city to walk except precisely around such multi-lane roads.
In fact Enjoy clinic would be more within reach (rua Condessa do Pinhal 279). Some good girls there.
