Google lens is designed for e-commerce, not for face recognition. If an exact match of the image that you are searching couldn't be found, it will return results related to components of the image, such as the dress, jewellery, cosmetics, hair style, etc, in order to redirect you to those online sellers matching the "wares" in the image.

Instead of searching with the entire image, you can select only the face to search.
