Yes, most people are wearing masks in both Bogota and Cucuta. People are a bit more lax outdoors, but definitely in any indoor establishment you will be asked to wear a mask, and probably will not be let in if you do not wear on. The exception to this is at eating establishments, until they come up with a mask you can wear while eating. You will be allowed to remove your mask to drink and eat.

I've made at least 4 trips to Cucuta over the years and after each one I always tell myself I'm never coming back. LOL. In fairness, this was probably my best trip. My stats:

1 - Hotel Avenida Tercera Walk in.

1 - Hotel Superior via Mileroticos.

2 - good experiences off of Ave 7.

1 - mediocre experience off Ave 7.

2 - bad girls off of Ave 7.

1 - from Oficina paisa. Repeated once with her.

So 8 sessions in 8 days total (but only 6 days where I did mongering). Not bad. 6 of those were decent sessions. I'd say a good experience overall. I get it that some people just like to stay in their comfort zone and the routine. My reasons for visiting Cucuta and every other city and pueblo in Colombia is to mix it up, see what's different, play around and just experience it.

Not all of us are cut from the same cloth and that is ok.
