If you are taking them on a trip, I personally don't give them anything else. The vacation, free hotel, flight, food, booze, everything else should be more than enough compensation in my opinion.

Depends also how much the expenses will be. If it's going to be a night out on the town restaurant drinks etc then you should just double. I'the offer 500. She has to find 2 clients for an hour to achieve this and that rarely happens in one night. Also she'll be getting free food etc. That's how I would calculate it unless I'm flying them in from another city.
