    QUOTE=JohnnyWalker55;2533496]Another great day in MDE.

She says 40 k, I got two twenties. Perfect. I know I say I usually just give 50 k but if I have the change in bills I take the deal.

But not fat at all. In gym clothes. Alejandra. She says 40 k, I got two twenties. Perfect. I know I say I usually just give 50 k but if I have the change in bills I take the deal.

This is typical of screwing up the price structure and raising prices. You got guys perpetuating the gringo attitude of -so cheap compared to home.

Just a couple years ago reports of mongers accepting the going rate of 15 and 20 k for a street girl then giving tips or rounding off or doubling because its -so cheap compared to home.

Another one is the -pay first mentality with street girls.

Yeh I know, its your money and blah blah but when street girls and casa prices increase to 100 k and 250 k for a quickie, and more reports of cash and dash loss of upper hand etc., look in the mirror and figure out why LOL.

And not even the attention of high level guys. They may be too busy. It's the lower level punks that are even most likely to cause harm and in Bello's barrios there is no insulation from them.

Communication all done in Whatsapp and in Spanish. +57 (315) 467-7121. It's called Unidad Medica Centrolab.

Entering USA was easy, just make sure to have digital copy of test results as they check at Colombia airport and at any international transit stop. Never seen an almost empty customs/immigration line when I transited through Houston (btw wish all the Texans the best).
I take it that they are not enforcing the 7 days quarantine requirement to enter the US as stated.

Good report again. When you say casa Cuba, do you mean Hotel Balcones de Cuba?

And there is ten times more activity now than when I arrived. Everything is open for business. Today I saw my first shoe shine peddlar and that ain't bad.

    Amazonia

Tonight, this very camera shy chica is as tall as me, probably would have a good shot at kicking my ass in a fair fight. Fortunately, she's a lover and not a fighter. Regular girl, cost me cab fare.

For the love of gawd have mercy on us hehehe

For the love of mercy gawd help all of us that call Medellin our home.

There are so many venues and options available for chicas in Medellin that maybe in 50,000 years of evolution the men of the future here in Medoland will have evolved into being born with 5 dicks as you need them and more so if you live here.

No where in my life would I have ever thought that I would be turning down young fresh cuties that are being offered to me via friends or friends of friends. Just today talking to my good Colombian buddy as he is in a motel with a cutie and she (a paisa) has her best friend wanting to meet me and I turn it down because I just dropped off my all nighter at her apartment and need to rest.

Oh for the love of god.

You know it was a good afternoon when it ends like this photo, this was 2 days ago, which is 2 paisas showering together in my apartment after a 3 hour visit to my place, what did I pay, listen up you all weekend warrior mongers, I gave them 120 mil each plus 20 mil taxi. Total GFE, both together in my bed (not girl on girl) as I play with them both, fun and great attitudes. No drugs, no alcohol just good natural fun.

Much love and respect to all.

    The Tall Man.

2 things: walking through Prado at any time of day in any condition is scary as fuck & the guy at Balcones de Cuba is funny, he's a good guy.

Woke up, tinto and empanadas. Etc.

Head to botero nice and early, make rounds, all the chicks know my face as that's my go to relax spot, some avoid eye contact as they know I'm a degenerate monger fucking everyone there, others say Hi como estas etc.

I milk an aguila as I'm just looking for eye candy, on the corner on the backside of veracruz is a pale thicc paisa, probably 5'4 140, but not fat at all. In gym clothes. Alejandra. She says 40 k, I got two twenties. Perfect. I know I say I usually just give 50 k but if I have the change in bills I take the deal.

Great fuck, she was into it. I find that earlier in the day, the chicas like taking dick better as they haven't really fucked anyone.

I don't think I'll need a lawyer since I do have some trustworthy paisa friends who live in Bello who can guide me on the ground when I return in a few months. I carry 2 passports (Panama & USA), so I can theoretically live all year in Colombia by maxing the 180 days on both passports. I would have to leave country 1-2 twice a year, which I plan to do anyways once I'm settled in Medellin full time. Those that asked why I'm buying if I'm not living there yet, why not! I have a network of good pros and non pros and I can look into renting it out. But I don't need the rental income, so I can keep the apt empty if I want to or maybe even let a non pro I've known for years stay on the free just to take care of it.

And I'm not even looking at gringo areas like Poblado or Laureles. Obrero / Niquia / Cabanas are the top 3 barrios on my list in Bello. Hot chicks just everywhere, even after all these years in MDE, girls in Bello just on a different level. Sabaneta in the south is also on my list. It's a nice and chill town and close to Envigado / Poblado as well. So it's either up north or down south for me.
Sabaneta is nice, but a lot of the apartments are up some nasty hills. Cabanas is nice. Some great little local restaurants and quiet neighborhoods up there.

Getting a cedula is an entirely different process that is not available to foreigners on a tourist visa so I won't go into that now. I also tried to add my name to my novia's bank account and that was also not allowed. Ostee out.
The only bank I know of in Colombia which will let you open an account without a cedula is Bancolombia.

    Lawyer Up

However as "trust worthy" as you think your Paisa friends might be, you really should have a Colombian lawyer who handles real estate transactions to guide you as it is not a straightforward process for a foreigner versus a citizen buying real estate, and you could be in for some very unpleasant surprises. As far as your motivation to live in Medellin full time, totally enviable as I mentioned and hat's off to you in preparing to do so.

Yeah, thanks for the heads up. I'm still in the very beginning stage of researching about buying property in Colombia. Yeah, ideally the apt would be brand new in a building that is under construction somewhere 'relatively safe' in Bello, so no worries about previous owners or problems with a clean property title. If that happens, I'm def not renting it out to anyone unless it's family or close friends. I only have like 2 very trustworthy paisa friends (females) I've known for years, but even then I'm not fully trusting on anyone, especially when I'm in Colombia. I never heard about the vacuna thing or the squatter law. But the protection tariff doesn't surprise or scare me away. I'll welcome it haha.

Don't fool yourself about friends in Colombia! In 4 years I have 2 friends from this Board and my current girlfriend, other than that, everyone I have ever met in Colombia has had a motive. The greatest concern about buying a property in Bello came from my girlfriend and the owner of the home that I was going to buy in Bello. Even the owner made me aware that everyone in the neighborhood pays a "Vacuna" a protection tariff to the local / neighborhood bosses. My girl quickly made me aware that she was afraid and did not know how much the Vacuna would be, especially being in a relationship with a Gringo. So good luck on obtaining property in Colombia. My only advice is make sure you have your legal ducks in a row! Pollo Negro is out!!
