I think in your case using Escitalopram like (cipralex) 10 MG daily dose will help you better than dapoxetine taken before action only.

It will help you on long term with less side effects.

I ordered and received OK. Second time now, they had changed company / bank since last time and also the country they are shipping from. Now they ship from a non EU country within Europe. Payment goes to a EU company / bank / country. It took 3-4 days for the order to be fulfilled and another week for the shipment to arrive. 20 pieces of Sildenafil (generic viagra) cost 20 euro + 7 euro for shipping.
