You might be mistaking the transaction fee. Most likely it might be four zeros after decimal. If what you said is true, you can try localbitcoins. All exchanges will charge transaction charges and will come around 3-4 dollars additional.

This can happen anywhere, with any girls. Since you are in a shock, you are associating it with afros. It takes place more frequently with women from this country than with afros or anyone else. Well said bro, I completely agree on what you said. I have definitely learnt my lesson.

I understand your point. The thing is, many of these Indian BTC exchanges like Zebpay have very high transaction fees. I would advise you to use localbitcoins.com when sending low amounts of BTC. As of writing this response, BTC transaction fees on localbitcoins is 0.00008929 BTC which is approx 4.2 USD. You can purchase BTC there with UPI, Bank transfer etc.
