You might be mistaking the transaction fee. Most likely it might be four zeros after decimal. If what you said is true, you can try localbitcoins. All exchanges will charge transaction charges and will come around 3-4 dollars additional.

This can happen anywhere, with any girls. Since you are in a shock, you are associating it with afros. It takes place more frequently with women from this country than with afros or anyone else.
