I spent Friday afternoon from about 3 PM to 6 PM in El Centro specifically in and around the Botero area. And I saw a very tall, thin gringo, easily over seven feet tall wearing a green shirt who was drawing quite a crowd. Anyone else around who saw this guy, he may have been closer to 7 feet 6 inches tall, and had quite an entourage following him around.

I was standing against the yellow wall on the corner when you finish the walkway and he walked up to the chica standing next to me who mustve been 19 at most and he started spitting some serious game in good spanish with a heavy gringo accent hahah. He was wearing hiking / trekking shoes and a hikers backpack and some like hiker cargo pants. He gave no fucks hahahha. The entire street was looking at him as he bought the 5 ft chica a coke inside. Easily the tallest guy in the entire city jajajaj fearless.

US carriers operate on two different systems. Verizon and Sprint are on one system that is not compatible with Colombia and probably the rest of the world. The rest are on the same system as Colombia. For phones, it depends on the models or the chip they used. Some phone models can operate on both systems.

Yes, I have also experienced this issue. Do not bring even unlocked phones that were bought through Verizon or Sprint to Colombia. At least for now. Maybe it's just me, but I feel the universality and interconnectivity on this planet is lagging behind the technology it supports.

So Friday afternoon I was set to meet my "Tomboy" in El Centro at 3 PM and take her to my place for the weekend. And upon showing up at the meeting place at 3 PM she didn't show up and since she doesn't have a phone and I keep in touch with her thru a friends phone, she did not contact me to say she couldn't make it. Oh well, that's how it is with a lot of the SW's, lots don't have phones, and when they get them there either stolen or they lose them. I was bit bummed out, as this one is a sweetheart and all in, so I decided to wait an hour, and if she didn't show up by 4 PM, put on a happy face, and go trolling looking for something which I did.

So I took several laps around the the Veracruz Church and in and around the Museum. So many Chicas out on a Friday afternoon all over the place and even the Extra Tall Thin Man was out, regardless I noticed several of what I call "candy girls" out. These are the Chicas with little boxes of Chiclets and candy's in them and they typically are very ugly and fat, yet occasionally there will be a few cuter ones out, albeit mostly older and I have had pretty good luck with them in the past, and I noticed a dinky little thing who was in her early thirties making laps as well, so I decided to approach her. As I have done in the past, I take some coins out and handed them to her and did a close up inspection of her, if she had been a Sacalero, a druggie, or a smoker, I would of probably detected it which she wasn't, and she had a nice demeanor, so when she handed me three chiclets I gave her one back and chit chatted with her. I was in the mood for a dinky little thing and then she talked about going to the room. So instead of making her an offer, I just asked how much, and she said 20 K, and I asked if the blow job would be without a condom and the answer was of course which is a good sign! So I decided at this point to totally blow her off, but politely to see her reaction by telling her maybe later and she said okay and didn't get upset or angry whatsoever and she said she would be out for another few hours. So I decided to look for something else for a while and was getting tired so I found her and took her arriba. So low, and behold, she appears out of nowhere and we hug and of course she had gotten a new number. Anyways, we checked into Premier Plaza and they have gotten really strict there asking not only for my document but for hers as well. They used to never ask for the Chica's ID unless they are young looking. So long story short, without getting into all the nasty details, she got two leche's out of me during the two hours we were together, and she is so passionate and such a trip to be with, albeit I can only understand about half of what says and was happy as a clam with the 50 K I gave her.

So now I have a potential dilemma on my hands. Maybe it's a good thing. I get back to my place and get a Whatsapp Message from my Tomboy, okay she says ok I can meet you at 3 PM today. I was sitting around bored and high at 3 AM when I posted Pringles. Considering I got the most feedback from that post ever, I learned how out of touch I really am with readership here, LOL! Love you guys and keep it coming!

First, I usually never have this much cash in my room. I would normally use a safety deposit box, room safe, or just keep the minimum amount of caja I need. But the room had no safe and I was getting ready to go buy a Yamaha for Cat Girl and I was using cash to get the best deal possible.

Colombia has always been dangerous but I'm getting the feeling that covid-19 has made it more so.

Of course, and not just Colombia. Almost every country in the World has had some type of lockdown and that has left a lot of people without jobs and income. Someone mentioned unemployment in Colombia is upwards of 30% right now. Of course it's a lot more dangerous.

That said, that women shares some of the blame. Leaving a laptop unattended in any public place is asking for it to be stolen.

Hell no, yes I know who you are talking about as I was there on Thursday late afternoon and saw him too, he is every bit of 7 feet tall but thin as a rail, I mean super skinny, think of Slender Man hehehehe me I am built like a linebacker hehehehe.

The National Government issued a new public order decree that will establish measures for selective isolation and safe economic reactivation for the country. These are the restrictions and authorizations issued in the decree:

Restrictions:

-The National Vaccination Plan may not be modified, nor will changes to populations, phases or procedures be allowed to carry out mass vaccination.

-The restriction is maintained for events of a public or private nature that involve crowds.

- Massive or high-contact events such as discos and dance venues will be restricted.

-It will not be possible to consume intoxicating beverages in public spaces or in commercial establishments.

Authorizations:

-It is authorized the consumption of intoxicating beverages in restaurants.

- The sale of intoxicating beverages is not prohibited and their commercialization must be allowed at all times through digital platforms or addresses.

-The mayors may request pilots from the Ministry of the Interior for bars, gastrobars, events, business or livestock fairs according to the progressive de-escalation of the pandemic.

The Minister of the Interior, Daniel Palacios, called on local leaders to guarantee compliance with the National Vaccination Plan, as well as the sanctions that imply non-compliance with the mass vaccination process. Palacios recalled that the Penal Code and the Disciplinary Code establish the sanctions for those who fail to comply with the plan.
