Generally they come in family and stay in the numerous pg / hotels in the back lane of Medanta. I have heard from a friend that at times few females moon light for quick bucks in a specific hotel opposite Medanta. Hotel is in main road and has middle eastern name and is near Gurudwara. Medical tourism has stopped in covid times. Once it restarts this can be an option worth exploring.
