Posts: 3802Whenever I go out of town for an overnight trip, like to Santa Fe or San Geronimo, yes I do take my main phone with me, and am super careful with it as I don't take my laptop, and need to be connected. But for a day trip only, if you have a local phone I wouldn't bother taking your main phone.

Very diplomatic of you Surfer, to compliment Sammy and analyze the pros and cons of his methods. However there's about as many pros to it as there are to jumping in a swamp full of aligators. "Yea the water's nice and warm, moonlight through the trees, lots of nice folk here if you know how to play the game. " LOL.

Posts: 117Great news! Now only if the US govt ends its covid test for returning back to the country, I'll be in the next flight.

Posts: 261Surfer thanks for the advice. Sounds like it might be better to stick to zona rosa, hot water, towels, porn on the TV and around a 3 hour limit in the room as well as no ID check. As for vennies, in April I'll be staying in an apartment without a portero because that really spoiled my fun last time, although I won't be taking randoms back to my apartment, only chicas I trust and have road tested first.

About the cellphone, mine along with my bank cards normally don't leave the room. I only take some small cash for the day and a cheap burner phone for ordering ubers and collecting numbers, can't afford to lose my main phone. From reading some of your reports I think your security routine is about the same as mine but I'm wondering, if you go on a day trip, for example Guatapé, do you take your main phone with you?

Posts: 3802It's not totally clear yet on this, it was a court ruling that was made, not s decree by the Colombian Government. And I think the Government would be foolish to drop the testing requirement at this time given what's occurring in Italy and Brazil because of the new variants. The last thing anybody want's is the return to the weekend shutdowns. It's one thing to have late night curfews, but lockdowns during the day or starting early evening is not good.

Posts: 3802Yes, befriending the locals by buying them booze goes a long way, and you were able to work the El Centro scene, and able to reap the rewards of that, however your an exception. Very few members here would be comfortable walking around El Centro late at night, and it sounds as though your experience was a "cake walk" for you.

I personally fall into that category, but I don't walk around El Centro late at night because whether I'm a foreigner or not, and whether I can pass as a local or not, everybody walking around there is prey.
I believe it's relatively safe to be out late at night, such as in front of the bars around Avenida De La Grief and other areas where there are lots of people out. But outside of heavily populated areas not a good idea.
Something I am sure your cognizant of, is that it's one thing to be-friend the locals, and it can open doors for you, yet word will get out about you, and your fortune could change in a heartbeat. I befriend people all the time, but not in El Centro.
You sound very experienced, yet most guys on this board won't stay where you stayed and be out late at night, versus the idiots mentioned in the previous post being totally clueless of their surroundings and ignorant, hence they got jacked up, and rightly so for being pompus.

Word is that the Covid test is no longer needed to enter Colombia.
"porque las entidades sanitarias argumentaban que la circulación del virus en su momento ya era libre en todo el mundo y no solo en los aeropuertos"... Duhhh

Someone posted a Youtube video that mentioned this, and said a lot of it was people getting their cell phones jacked on Botero Plaza, although evidently one guy got stuck with a knife. The last I heard the cops were coming back along with the tourists.

I was out many nights into the wee hours, and have walked through much of El Centro late. It's no more or less dangerous than any other city of that size at that time of night, which is to say you can find yourself in a bad situation quickly. I had the good fortune of being befriended by the block jefe the first night, which not only offered a lot of protection but some great partying right outside the door of the hotel. One tip- you'd be amazed how far the gift of a bottle or two of aguadiente to some of the regulars in your orbit. For five or ten bucks you can not only tap into the community, but you'd be surprised how eagerly tips on when to catch the hottest ladies or the odd local goodies are shared. Just don't be a dar papaya- low hanging fruit.

So nice to see a natural paisa ass- I can't imagine how a plastic surgeon could improve on that! I envy that tattoo artist as well. That had to be a good day's work, that. On a side note, don't you love the pubic art in Medellin?

I had her for a two hour session with the price of 150 k. The sessions were good, but she was smoking some joint and I was not good with that.

Posts: 361Why are YOU looking at his dick?
Spent waaaaay too many hours searching for a third, yesterday. A lot of "tomorrow" responses. After dinner, we got home and the power was out. Luckily, the jacuzzi was pre-heated, so we still had a chance to put something together. The rain was a concern, but it finally stopped for awhile. Around 1230a it came back on. One girl that looks pretty hot was on the hook but said she only will come over with her friend. That is always a terrible strategy for prepagos, but I guess it works enough for them to continue the practice. She asked how much, I said normally 100-150 and she said some shit about her friend doesn't think so. At that point, I had told Pinky that I was annoyed and we should have just gone for the sure thing and invited Ex-Wifey. She said, invite her then. Apparently, they had been chatting on Instagram earlier in the day. Not sure why or what about. Maybe something about Chaturbate, or gringos, or Plan B. No clue. Anyhow, Ex-Wifey said she was just relaxing at home, and within about 45 minutes she was here. I told the portero to let her in and give her the Rappi delivery of beers and Smirnoff Ice. I gave her the door code and told her to sneak up to the jacuzzi with a Smirnoff Ice for her and another for Pinky. She scared the fucking shit out of both of us when she silently appeared jacuzzi-side! We hung out in the jacuzzi for hours until the rain started, again. Then, it was off to the fuck room.
She brought her two new friends with her. She had to be up at 6 a for something, and my DiDi account shows she left at 5:36a. Fuck, I took a quick trip to Jupiter, at one point, but there is something special about the connection between the three of us. Just zero concerns, zero rules, zero condoms, zero hesitation. Fanfuckingtastic. I'm freshly showered at almost 1p, after going round three with Pinky. We had AMAZING sex at 6a, after she tried to give it to me about Ex-Wifey. It was (caveat: I have not seen this movie) some real 50 Shades of Grey shit. She was sending her friends pictures of her red ass cheek.
All-in-all, 77k for alcohol, and maybe 17k for DiDi roundtrip. Not a bad fucking night.

I have been in Medellin for 3 days now. I have checked out many casas, some better than others. I just can't seem to find dulce compania. I tried google, asked 3 different cab drivers to no avail. If anybody could be so kind to hook me up with an address or approximate location I would be grateful. If anybody has been there recently, how is the lineup?
Also if anybody is down to hang, let me know.

Posts: 2636I clicked on the thumbnail because I did not pay attention and did not examine the thumbnail closely up. Clicking was the worst thing I did in the last week. (Don't ask me what I did the week before, as I want to forget).
