Few points comes to mind.

Their places are cheap rented places, not hotels.

Probably these guys not paying LE any monthly.

And biggest point, they find real new talent, Girls who are not aware how much they are worth well till they are in business for quite sometime, then they start demanding more.

I know for sure 20 year old Nepali girls getting paid only 4-5 k per day (1 day==6 shots) with food and accommodation taken care of, by one SP.

Some of these girls may have no where else to go, so stick with whatever they get.

Honestly their is no other expense than phone bills for this business for SPs.

I believe these SP have low expectations, they are happy to make some income not like other SP who want to be millionaires.

One important thing, this is illegal activity, no MRP, MSP etc, It all boils down to the client base a SP has, How much those clients usually are willing to pay, Demand and supply as always.

It is us monger who have driven the prices so high, High disposable income (Bangalore is example) leads to price hikes.

One thing I have learnt for sure, A higher price never guaranty a better experience.

Your best experience might be the cheapest one, it won't be the most expensive one for sure as usually girls who demands more are highly likely to have attitude problems.

Honestly The question should be why the other SPs / SA / Indies are quoting so much and getting it as well??

Why does this approach make sense?

You have misunderstood. This is not how SA works. I was the jawai raja of SA from 2016-18. I still know some of the seniors from this very forum killing it in SA.
