Really bad situation. As always am trying to do a bit from my side in form of oxygen Cylinders for the needy ones but sadly not able to arrange even a small percentage of the requirement. Your observation is correct to an extent since I contacted one similar posting (but don't remember the number) on 30th Dec'19 and was picked up by a SP. Was skeptical so tried myself this time.
