You went to Colombia and came back still a virgin? Budget too high? You tried to fuck a Sofia Vergara looking type of chic? .

Actually first time I went to Medellin (2019), I didn't find any either. I didn't know about Skokka or any other good sites. All I could find online was extremely overpriced ads. I went to a location that another site told me was a strip club and it wasn't, it was just a normal bar. I made one last attempt to find a massage parlor, but it was closed.

If I went back again, I could find it easily.

Imagine if all the street thugs came to the same conclusion that the REAL money was holed up in Hotel Premier Plaza and they all decided to storm the place.

Actually, the Premier Plaza is an "unofficial" police substation that the police frequent to use the WIFI and drink coffee. What appears to have been happening the last week as evidenced by the videos is that there is little police presence, hence the thugs have taken over. I remember many years ago this same thing happened in Tijuana when the police stopped patrolling the streets for a while, and everybody was fair game, and after the assault's, the thugs would slowly walk away because there was nobody to chase after them. It's unfortunate what is occurring right now with the locals getting jacked up but by the locals, but that has always occurred, but more so now. Typically we read about the gringo's getting ripped off, but now, a lot of the locals are afraid to be out during the unrest. Hopefully this coming Wednesday the planned National protest will be tamer and not further inflame the situation.

I'm planning on returning in three weeks, but if this protest stuff is still going on, along with the total weekend lockdowns, I might reconsider. For guys who frequent El Centro and can fly under the radar who are in Medellin right now, the desperation of the girls for clients has to be off the charts, albeit the selection might be very poor, but if your standards aren't too high, most anything will go with the available Chicas, and I doubt we would hear about BBBJ's being refused let alone all kinds of other nasty stuff for bargain basement prices. It's so sad what is occurring, the Pandemic is one thing with the surge, and now the protests. When will it ever end?

But it all demonstrates a point I've made for years. Most everyone counts on a "gentleman's robbery" where they'll be approached head on with a weapon and asked for valuables. But it's at least as likely that you'll be attacked by a group, have your ass whooped to varying degrees, are relieved of your goods and no questions are asked. Now of course there's guys in here too big and bad and / or smart to ever have that happen. Wink But the rest of you guys be watchful, and perhaps even opt not to walk around Centro for a while. Listen up, they target the lone, weak and lane wolf so if you hold yourself like a pansy, walk like one, with a look of a deer in the headlamp with no self confidence this is who they target.

It is always the same targets, I have seen this played out in front of me as I have been standing in Botero Plaza.

You need to walk with confidence like you own the fucking place, and yes have awareness at all times, keep your head on a swivel, look at these punks in the eyes so they know not to fuck with you, I know this is hard for many to do, fuck these punks.

And it is not that I have any magical ninja moves rather they know not to fuck with confident people why? Because they will look for the lone, weak minded and easy targets.

I know that many of you will take offense to my words, fine so go run away being scared all the time of the dark, and simply don't venture into any areas other than perhaps the estrata 5 and 6 poblado areas.

I literally don't see how this is possible. There are girls who are 8/9/10's down there you can bang for under 500 k COP. According to their latest newsletter, the bar is closed. The pool bar is open in afternoon til early evening. Pool party is Thursdays.

I don't know why people don't ever think to email them directly to find out what's going on in the place they are planning to stay at, LOL.

This would explain the brazen conduct of the rateros. Simply put, if there's nobody around to bust them and / or chase after them what do they have to lose.

For any obvious gringos in Medellin right now this should serve as a warning to be very careful in El Centro right now.

Mayhem in Plaza Botero today. Crazy shit

The first two videos I think are shot from Hotel Premier Plaza. In the first video there were two people jumped one right after another in broad daylight by different groups of thugs right in the middle of Plaza Botero between the museum and the cultural center, where there are usually plenty of cops. This is the largest video of the post.

In the second video there are 3 other incidents that by the store signs you can tell are just across for Hotel Premier Plaza just a little south of Plaza Botero down Carrera 52, two of them are going on at the same time. From the vantage of the camera you can see that they are shooting from the balcony of hotel premier plaza and the second video that shows the three more incidents is in same spot. On the post this video is off to the side.

In this third video I am seriously not sure the guy is still alive, he is definitely not conscious and he could have just got choked out but his neck has a funny angle to it that makes him look dead, I am almost positive that this was at Veracruz church. On the post this video has the blurred out look and the eye with a like through it because of "graphic" content

Think I'll hold off any MED vacations till things get back to closer to normal. They used to have the police tent right between the plaza and the church.
