I love the Palacio. You can't do much better for a discrete hotel to which you can bring the ladies, and its not expensive. The ambience is nice, it's well located, the rooms are cleaned spotless every day, they have a decent bar and the breakfasts are good.

But keep in mind that as long as the chicas have their cedulas (official identification cars), you are fine. The front desk photocopies the cedulas and you generally walk to your room alone and unobserved as this is not a high traffic hotel. The management is very understanding, even if you have three ladies on your arms. However, if the chicas do not have their cedulas, you will never persuade management to let them into the hotel. This is for your own protection.
