Don't even think of driving, too risky. Many news of seizing bike / car and filing FIRs with heavy fines. So be extra cautious.

There are many actions happening in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi area but nothing in BLR. Seems very dry because of strict lockdown measures which is good in a way.

Hotels are not functional. Also, there is a risk of cops confiscating personal vehicles that do not have a valid reason for being on the roads.

So place and mode of transport would be the main constraints I guess.
