I'm tending to agree with you and Bravo. I just initially went along with the idea because, hey why not? But now I can see in broad daylight that so many things need to go right and just one thing off could make it all go pear shaped. I'm going to suggest instead that we hit up a beach club in Grumari and maybe stay at a hotel down there if things go well. That's only an hour uber.

Final thought- I'm actually not even sure we could easily get an uber out to Buzios- remember this driver has to get back as well- a 6 hour time commitment only paid for half.

Let me tell you this. I absolutely love Busios, and cariocas don't call it paraiso for nothing. But the best way to go is with a girl you know well and for at least 3-4 days, IMHO. I'm talking from a personal (bad) experience. Other times when I was there with a buddy, we had a blast. And if you have a budget, there are fantastic hillside million dollar-view villas that you can rent for around $150 or less if you negotiate a last minute stay. Can be a blast with a right kind of girl.

I don't think there is much of a pro scene in Buzios. There are a bunch of middle class Brazilians and Argentinians on holiday. Many were with their boyfriends. There seems to be a few Euro and North American backpackers who stroll into town.

I'm just stating what I observed. If some guys want to take a shot at the civilians, girls tend to drop their inhibitions when on holiday in an exotic place particularly the backpacker babes. It is a long trip from Rio though. I think it would suck if you didn't have traveling buddies.

Exactly right, they thoroughly protect their "family-friendly" image, but with the proliferation of mileroticos, photoacompanhantes, fatal models, etc, there isn't much they can do. When I was on Ilha Grande, some girls I messaged told me they were working in Busios at the moment, so it seems to be a popular spot for GDPs. Before that, there was one rundown club with butt-ugly garotas on the outskirts of Buzios.

Also, very, very few single girls or women. In fact, when I say few, I mean almost none. On the other hand, I've seen plenty of young, carefree male backpackers, so anyone who travels to Buzios to hunt civilians should manage their expectations, LOL.

But the overall type of experience and scene isn't. Staying way the hell out in Barra. Hitting only mostly prives in centro when going out. I don't want to and I don't have to. Not my idea of a good time.

The prives are maybe a little harder to do logistically. You have to go to multiple prives, take notes, etc. Deal with the bad elevators and walk down the stairs in some buildings like TDM33.

From her point of view, she took more than double her regular fee because there is no middle man. If you only want to have a same session with her outside of work, the fee can be negotiated down in theory.

I look at this as batting average. No one has said it is 100% batting average. You only have one opportunity so it is hard to judge but I think 600 for a 10 is a pretty good deal.

I was in Buzios a few years ago, for 4 days. I agree with you, mostly Brazilian families and Argentinian families. Most of the attractive girls were with their boyfriends. One of our wingman brought a chick with him from Rio, and he was happy. For me, it became a short vacation.

Update: I just booked a rental car for $11/ day (manual shift / no upfront cost, free cancelation) so I can explore Rraia de Grumar / Prainha at my leisure one day with one of my favorite girls. I would definitely rent a car at this price if I was planning to go to Buzios for a few days.

Why not rent a car for around $20/ day with unlimited mileage? Then you have total mobility. Go where you want, when you want.

Been checking out guarena and couldn't find any girl for 70 are $, all above 150.

Thanks for your thoughts, Bravo I appreciate the insight. To clarify a little bit-yes we have agreed on a price- I'm definitely not that naive. Honestly it was her suggestion, not something I came up with-and she even showed me images of a hotel, etc. She said she is from Cabo Frio.

If you are very attracted to her and she has a good vibe, go for it. You can't beat hanging out with a local (Cabo Frio) girl.

Hearing about the hotel changes everything. Those 100+ miles seem like they should be a breeze to us gringos, but these aren't wide freeways. Brazil relies on trucking to a great extent so there will be many trucks on the slow road to Buzios.

I did a weekend in Buzios with a 4 x4 girl who didn't speak English. She was very sweet and appreciative. She tolerated my bad Portuguese because she was enjoying herself and simultaneously making money. This girl was kind of demure, but she had great oral suction skills and could thrust her pelvis into your groin rhythmically in a way few women can master. These girls are Brazil's Brand Ambassadors! As Xpartan mentioned, a day on a barca (boat) is a blast. It's a pretty similar routine as the day boats in Southeast Asia. Now of course, you are going to be with a small group for several hours. They will likely keep to themselves, but your date might be tempted to have a real conversation in her native tongue. Anyways, it is what it is. You might be able to get a decent off-season price hiring a small boat and captain for a private tour in Armação de Buzios.

I took the 1001 bus to Buzios in 2005. It was a good option. But today is 2021 and Uber exists.

There are other options. Outside the back entrance to the rodoviaria there are guys calling out destinations where you can go in their vans or cars. They leave as soon as the vans/cars are full. In March last year it cost me R$70 going to Búzios in the front seat of a car with three more passengers in the back. The driver drove like a maniac. There were quite some traffic so the trip took 3 hours. Going back we went with the 1001 bus. It cost R$80, very comfortable and took 3,5 hours.

P.S These unofficial vans can take you too many different destinations in the state of RJ. I use them a lot.

1) Make 100% sure (In writing is better) whether or not she expects to get paid for that trip to Buzios! I have seen countless mongers think they were on a "Date" with a working girl, not knowing that the meter was running and she expects payment.

2) Why on earth are you taking an Uber to Buzios? Why not just grab a bus from downtown instead?

3) If you think the age difference stands out in Copa, magnify that by 10 in Buzios.

IMHO, you barely know this girl (you probably don't even know her real name) and besides the fact that she allows you to cum in her mouth, you have nothing in common. Just keep paying her to come over after work and skip the nightmare you will experience taking a trip to a destination 4 hours away with a girl you can't communicate with.

I'm sure you will, but I very much concur with Bravo.

1. Don't go to Buzios with a girl you've just met.

2. Don't go to Buzios for one day. What for? It's a 3. 5-4 hour ride one way. You'll return tired, exhausted and annoyed.

3. Don't go to Buzios in Uber unless you want her to suck you along the way. Jesus, what for? There is a very comfortable bus that'll get you there in the same amount of time as a car, and you'll probably pay 10-15 times less.

4. If she went to town on food in MC, your wallet will be hit harder in Buzios. It's a pricey town. Dinner and drinks will cost you as they would in New York.

5. Honestly, I don't see the point, but if you absolutely must go to Buzios, buy a day tour. They take you to some port on a bus (about an hour north), then move to a barca for the rest of the trip with a stop for swimming along the way. And they serve caipirinha and light snacks onboard. That's fun, at least.
