As a first timer in Budapest I asked my self this question: do I need a local guide or not. I was supposed to be in town for three days and I didn't want to waste any time. I was also interested in outcall sessions so the guarantee of a nice looking girl was a must. Since some people on the forum pretend to be able to offer so called «elite girls» And since I thought it would be difficult to arrange things on my own via the escort sites I made an agreement with a local guide.

So here is what to expect to pay for such an arrangement:

- 25 usd subscription for the forum in order to be able to send messages to the local guide.

- 50 EUR per arranged meeting paid in advanced. No guarantees.

- 80 EUR travel expenses for the local guide paid in advance. No guarantees.

- 500 EUR to 650 EUR for a 2 h meeting with a so called elite girl.

Because of a family emergency I had to leave Budapest after one day and cancel the agreement with the local guide. So I can't say if the local guide is legit or not but here are my thoughts:

- the average price for a good looking escort in BP is 250 EUR for 2 h. The night I was there I was able to hire this girl https://en.topescort.hu/tatiana_volkova-95098. She sent me uncensored pictures before hand and she was very professional. Real pictures, great looking, great attitude and service, perfect English. I paid 300 EUR for 2 h outcall at my hotel. She was kind enough to recommend me other girls as well. So why pay almost three times that through a local guide?

This is an example of why you should not pay in advance. There is NO good valid reason to.

It is also deceiving to pay travel expenses for someone that claims to live in Budapest. We all have to travel for work.

The prices paid were too high and this setup is a scam.

Be careful out there.

Prostitution is legal but having a third party procure or introduce a prostitute is illegal. As is running a brothel.

Basically, it puts both parties at risk of the penal code. The beauty of this forum is that it allows for direct contact and how to meet escorts without violating the penal code in Hungary.

Section 205 of the Penal Code makes it illegal to promote prostitution. This includes making places available for prostitution; operating a brothel, persuading another person to engage in prostitution and living on the earnings of a person engaging in prostitution.

Section 207 (1) makes it illegal for any person to solicit another person for sexual intercourse or fornication for any financial gain.

Section 8 of a 1999 Law on Organized Crime empowers municipal authorities to license sex businesses and designate special zones (called tolerance zones) in which the soliciting laws do not apply. Some local authorities have refused to designate such a tolerance zone.

All women who sell sex must be at least eighteen years old.

STI and HIV testing is mandatory. 'Health certificates' must be obtained from the relevant authority by all female sex workers each three months. (Section 9) These can be inspected by police, sex business owners and possibly clients.

Freelance sex workers and sex business must comply with taxation and business rules.

It is not illegal to buy sex.
