I'm not in Brazil yet, but I've had some success with getting things set up with SA so far. I use SA a lot in Colombia as well and honestly I'm getting many more hits in Brazil. But with a caveat.

The caveat is that the quality on SA for Brazil seems to be worse and you have to put in work to find the diamond in the rough. I would go with option 3.

As other have stated it's good to go in and check out the line up but more importantly chat with some girls and get their vibe and see if you guys can connect and actually get along on the same page on certain services. The girls are pretty relaxed and comfortable in the termas which lets them be very free and open so you really get to gauged their personality and attitude.
