You'd think in a country with as many beautiful women as here that there'd be more high-end options available (even if it's at a higher price) but I guess they're reserved for the politicians and futbol stars and drug lords or something and tourists don't have the channels open and available to these top-shelf girls?

You answered your own question, not sure what to suggest, but seems like you already know where to find them, IE: what did the ones tell you when you seen them at the Mall and high end restaurants? Very curious!

Nothing wrong with playing peacemaker and the concept of live and let live. Yet I'd say few if any here are "worrying" about how others choose to roll. I'm certainly not. Yet we are here to provide useful information, and most of the readers here never post. The fact that someone can find girls from similar backgrounds, similar attractiveness, often fewer miles and less surgery in Centro venues like the casas and strip clubs at a fraction of the cost of popular venues in and near El Pablado is worth telling. Many may find this information useful, and keep in mind that most members here never post. And I personally know several from these venues that have moved up from these to "higher end" venues. But yes, just because someone may be happy with what they are doing and getting doesn't mean they can't be even happier. I was happy as hell with Costa Rica until I found Colombia. There's no reason to hold back useful information because it may agitate a handful of vocal posters.

Also if someone is scared of their own shadow in Centro it's possible they can get over it, by understanding the true risks and what to do and not to do. I once ran into a NYC cop at a daytime casa and he was scared to go in the strip joint Club Maracaibo at night, calling it "sketchy. " I convinced him the place was plenty safe, just cab it in and out at night and tip the guy out front hailing the cabs. We had traded numbers and he later told me that he went back and had a great time there. He was misinterpreting the place is all.

On the return plane ticket, some are under the impressive that getting a refund from airlines is a big deal, but that's far from my experience when dealing with Jetblue and Spirit for a cancellable return ticket. They must refund if you cancel with 24 hours, federal law. In fact the refund is likely all taken care of by a bot when cancellations are done in that time frame. This is useful information for Americans, even if someone who says differently or has had other experiences wants to bicker about it.

I really enjoyed this report. I was in Centro yesterday evening. The police had most of the streets connecting to La Oriental between San Antonio and San Diego blocked as if they were expecting an assault on the police station next to the San Jose church. Nothing happened, maybe because rain showers broke out just after dark. Anyway, I cut it short and went home to beat the rain.

I also use Premier Plaza but nobody gets in without an ID, and 16 K. And Deseos costs 18 K, the most expensive of the three, but no document checks, and most of the rooms have mirrors on the ceiling. If you like watching your Chica riding you or while she is blowing you, some guys might like this place, but again, it's old and funky like me so I'm right at home..

I am an avid swimmer, in the pool every day. I definitely do not want to miss my laps when in Medellin. Were do you usually swim? Do you know different pools? I once read the one at the sport complex (stadium) is good. Many thanks for your intel.

Are you getting the girls you want at the price you want?

If someone else is spending more on girls you're not interested in, what business is it of yours? If someone else thinks they are getting better girls than you, why worry about it?

Everyone needs to find their own level. What works for you, works for you. It doesn't have to work for everyone. If you have information to share, share it. What other mongers do with it is their business. Stop worrying so much about whether or not they are doing what you want to do.

It has been quiet and normal since I have been here. The only problem was the banks / ATMs being boarded. That said, I went to the Jumbo 65 today. All entrances are closed and boarded except for the main entrance. Inside it's business as usual and all of the ATM machines work.

Unfortunately not many airline companies are trustworthy. I booked a flight today to Bogota with Avianca and did not received the confirmation. No way to do anything online; they ask to call but its all answering machines and nobody to talk to. I think the biggest USA or EUROPEAN airlines are the least worst choice in term of customer service.

In the end I filed a case with my credit card company and I lost more time compiling emails and communication to and from Qatar Airways in order for the bank to investigate. In the end I got my refund.

Can you see where I am going with this or is there still confusion?

Also there was a time when after flying into Cambodia about 50 times on a one way ticket they suddenly demanded a return ticket that I wasn't expecting and I was already late for the flight. For me ticket rental worked perfectly.

By the way I am not endorsing that company, someone on the board asked about it and I explained how I find it useful, for me it fulfils a need, each to their own. Thats it and I am done with this topic.

I'm new to traveling but not to the lifestyle. I will be doing some walking for SWs and agency girls. Can y'all provide me with the places you contact when in Medellin.
