This reply is spot on. Most classy upper strata 10's (using your definition of what a 10 is) are not available for P4 P or one night stand. It is like going to LA and expecting to hook up with a 20 year old 10 from Beverly Hills (or some rich neighborhood). Highly unlikely. Most won't even be seen taking to an extranjero. If you just want eye candy, best place for these girls are not malls or metros but Pobaldo gyms. I can give you some gym names if you PM me.

Clubs like la Isla and rarely Fase II will have a 10 but they are short lived.

Best part of Medellin for me is a high number of college age 8's. They are fun, need money and overall a joyful experience. Best wishes on your trip.
