Was thinking of trying a stay in downtown soon. Is Hotel Nutibara chica-friendly if you book for 2?

I assume you mean when you pay the double occupancy rate, and don't mean if and when you bring two chicas to your room.

When I stayed there pre-Covid, then answer was yes, definitely. The desk guy would even compliment my girls. I was running thru an exceptional batch of nines then. I'll look for a couple of photos of my Pinky from that time. The foto of her laying in the bed is at the Nutibara room, the other three fotos are from Hotel Boterro around the corner. Slapshot's Pinky still rules the roost now because my Pinky left for Ecuador, but when whe was in MDE, she was as good as Pinkies get, jajaja and it's obvious where she gets her name. I say that in the spirit of friendly competition of this "game" we all play. She was the prepago with whom I invented the "working girl's bet" which you cannot lose. Too good to post here now and for everyone to get there hands on it. For a select few perhaps. Colossal is def a nice and fancy restaurant. I took a chica and her friend there for her bday earlier this year and on a weekend they had a live band. There was even salsa performances while the band was singing. We ordered the tomahawk, an appetizer, and a bottle of wine. Dessert was a wonderful and memorable 3 some back at the Bello apt.

Adds the tip to the check blows, ok it was only 10% but that means they are only getting 10% I would of given more but not when you already snatched 10%, I believe he was begging for more before we left jajaj.

And the place really should hire some smoking hot waitresses instead of bunch of fucking doods.

Get a uber set from your table and wait, it was eazy to get a ride up, but we stood outside no chairs for close to an hour waiting for someone to accept that pick up.

And they did one thing I liked, a menu in Ingles wowwwwww that was a 1st in Colombia LOL.

Its not a horrible place, I was just hoping for a great steak.

I have a trip booked for Tijuana. It's a short 3-day trip but I'm really very tempted to change to MDE. I know. Short trips suck. But tell that to my head. (Both of them.).

Hotel Haven is close to Parque Lleras. Is there currently a decent volume to select from in Lleras? As things open up, I imagine it will improve. I'm looking mid-July.

I'm also considering Mansion. It might be convenient for such a short trip. I assume they allow me to bring in girls from Lleras, for example. (Assuming they have a cedula of course.).

BTW we drove around Bello looking for new high rise bldgs, Bello looks cool I didn't see any nightlife.

But much too hilly for me, I want to walk or ride a bicycle to the store.

I guess a bldg with good security would be OK.

We saw several high rise, most looked kinda old, 1 new construction, but didn't look like it had 80 k usd condos.

I'm guessing we drove around 90% of Bello including all the way to the dead end at the top, did we miss your place?

I could live there, but I would want some place flatter, maybe Envigado?

India is all of the stuff the detractors posted. You will get your mind blown by the rawness of human existence on full display alongside debauchery and excess.

You do need quite a bit of local intel to navigate the perilous, scam filled mongering scene. Also, the high end indies that I seek are rather expensive.

My favorite mongering spot is Kolkata (after St. Petersburg, Rus) mostly because of some good brothels in a red light area called Sonagauchi where you can indulge your Bollywood induced fantasies.

Hold off for at least 6 months though. They still have not come out of the second wave and they expect a bad third wave this fall.

Probably the biggest difference between driving in Medellin is drivers don't stop for pedestrians 95% of the time, in essence meaning they are "road kill"

Pedestrians are Road Kill in MDE, and in the 1975 cult classic movie Death Race 2000 starring David Carradine (the Kung Fu guy) with Sylvester Stallone before Rocky, and directed by gore king, Roger Gorman.

Set in the "future" year 2000, it is a coast to coast race while the drivers try to run over as many pedestrians as the can. Women with baby carriages score the most points. In one scene, a nursing home puts a bunch of residents in wheelchairs out on the highway for easy road kill points.

Was actually planning my return back to Rio when Colombia announced no more COVID test required to enter.

So I said WTF, I'll hit Medellin first, it's been about 6 months since I've been here.

Decided to stay at Hotel Nutibara, big room, top floor, obviously close to the action, LOL.

About $30 a night.

I've been here 2 nights now.

What a return! Way more out there than I can handle, LOL.

Between my previous contacts and the new ones out in Botero / Veracruz, it's amazing, LOL.

Met up with fellow ISG guy, JjB for a cerveza last night at Parque Lleras.

Cool guy, good stories, etc.

Afterwards, I was a bit tired from the day, however, a really cute girl smiled and waved at me, LOL.

In Bogota the sidewalks aren't even safe, the motos drive on them when there are traffic jams.

I said years ago that the most dangerous activity in Medellin is crossing the street. In Bogota it's just walking on the sidewalk. Not because of motos, because of the random, deep holes that are all over the place.

Any moto driver who can hop the curbs to drive on the sidewalk in Bogota is definitely crazy. Most of the curbs are 8-10 inches high. You would destroy most scooters trying to get onto the sidewalk.

Headed to Rio Sur to get a massage this afternoon. The massage was decent, but probably the worst I've had in Medellin. Afterwards decided to drive up to Santa Fe de Antioquía. The drive was nice, but when I got there traffic was all snarled up. Decided I'd rather keep driving than deal with the crowds. Kept driving until I started down the other side of the mountain, probably 6 miles past Manglar. Got in a nasty traffic backup coming back. Ended up being about a 6 hour drive. Headed to Parque Lleras for some dinner and now I'm back in the apartment. The apartment is perfect if it wasn't for all those stairs.

Will wait and see what tomorrow brings.
