To support these ladies in the manner to which they are accustomed, the men must work like slaves, which is of course precisely what they are. But now at last, as they approach their premature middle age, a sense of disillusionment and fear begins to creep slowly into their hearts, and in the evenings they take to huddling together in little groups, in clubs and bars, drinking their whiskies and swallowing their pills, and trying to comfort one another with stories.

I've noticed a new attitude in the Post-MeToo Workplace where women now feel comfortable making suggestive comments about men to the point of clearly unwanted advances and expressions of frank sexual interest while at the same time expecting any and all male sexuality to be fully repressed. When confronted with this double standard these women do not seem to understand the issue and laugh it off with "oh shut up, you like it".

Has anyone else has noticed this emerging trend?

I tend to think the dynamic is inherently unstable but it's difficult to see how it plays out aside from the obvious new legal precedents that will emerge. One thing is for sure, the Western World is now and forever feminized and the Gynocentric order is here to stay.

Or it could be that my institution / line of work is female dominated and this dynamic has yet to emerge across all sectors.

People want to send social signals to conform to the message accepted by the crowd they want to affiliate with, they don't really want to solve problems. That's why are. Kelly pissing on underage girls was okay but Weinstein made the news in a bad way. That's why when Kate McKinnon puts her hand on a woman's thigh it's a-okay, but if a man was to do it he'd be eviscerated. They want power to do what they want, and that's life.
