It is common with uncircumcised penis and once you go through this phimosis phase you will enjoy sex more and your penis will be generally cleaner than before. I had this when I was only 17 while masturbating. Used sofromycin and it was okay after a week.

In my early Mongering days in late 2019, I had experienced the same thing but didn't stop Mongering until things got really complicated and had to get my surgery done at the earliest.

Do consult an urologist at the earliest as it looks like clear case of phimosis.

Permanent cure is circumcision.

Use antibacterial soap Candid be to stop further infections spreading to your organ and can use Xylocaine 2% cream to help in retracting your foreskin.

But still better consult a good urologist at the earliest.

Take care and stay for a while from having intercourse.
