This legislation is likely to be challenged. There was a similar order enforced in Chennai a couple of years back. The matter went to court and it was struck down by the Madras High Court. It said that to assume that all cross gender massage is sexual is not tenable. But yes, if any illegal / immoral activity is being carried out then the police can take action.

Depends on how enforcement of this policy takes place in Delhi. In Noida, the law enforcement has picked up. Folks now think twice before visiting the massage centers due to recent actions by law enforcement agencies in past 8-9 months.

May be new ways will be adapted in near future. Many alternatives still exists and options multiply if you are open to travel to nearby towns / areas within 15-20 km range.

No, for every 10000 encounters with an HIV infected person of opposite sex, in 4 encounters you'll catch HIV.

Though I read somewhere that the probability is 0. 08. So assuming the probability bis 0.08, you'll have 1 encounter in which you catch HIV for every 1250 encounters you had with that HIV infected person.
