First things first, this is a terrible idea to use these medication without a doctor consultation. There are conditions in which you should never use it.

Having said that for erection you have two kinds of meds generally available. Sildenafil and tadalafil. They sell the under names like penegra, suhagra and all. There are varying contents also, start low if it's first time. Both meds have different properties too.

Also check if the pill contain dapoxetine. It's for enhancing the time for ejaculation. Unless you have premature ejaculation don't take pills with that content. You might not ejaculate at all, especially in round two.
