That delay would have been probably caused by dapoxetine content in the pill you used. Sildenafil alone doesn't have those properties but then again it may have a psychological influence. Having said that for erection you have two kinds of meds generally available. Sildenafil and tadalafil. They sell the under names like penegra, suhagra and all. There are varying contents also, start low if it's first time. Both meds have different properties too.

Also check if the pill contain dapoxetine. It's for enhancing the time for ejaculation. Unless you have premature ejaculation don't take pills with that content. You might not ejaculate at all, especially in round two.
