Large age gap or not, if she is an adult you won't have a problem in star hotels. They have guests like us all the days and don't really care as long as you provide the ID. I have taken north east to Russian chicks in Hyderabad, chennai and no one really bothered.

On the guest part, it's risky and ymmv. Some hotels will allow during day, some even don't allow that.
