You have your own definition of Open. Open to me was that I was able to enter TH with a tourist visa and contrary to many, the process was quite simple.

The major safety incident is when raining, short Brazilians carry their umbrellas in my eye-hight almost sticking it into me eyes. Falling coconuts is also a major safety incident.

Half the lanchonette owners are Asian and 100% of the owners of cheap stuff are Asians.
