Hey guys,

I have tested for herpes and the results are shared below. It's negative but it is very close to the positive range. My doctor said it might go higher in future. But after that he didn't respond me. Do you guys know how the values might go higher and how can I avoid it.

HSV. IGg -- 0.66.

HSV. IGm -- 0.47.

When I tested 2 years back it was.

HSV. IGg -- 0.15.

HSV. IGm -- 0.22.

Please help me. It's killing my happiness.

Dear mates,

I have run through the previous posts and applied these basic rules.

1. More time foreplay and stay calm.

2. Don't loose hope, There is always second round to try.

For me it worked and I came out very happy man after almost 6 encounters.

Hi bro,

These are common concerns. Most imp. Do not feel low or depressed. Work in it. Few tips -.

(1). Keep emotions low. And try to enjoy the moment. We usually tend to think of only the climax. So involve in fore play etc.

(2). Exercise- if possible do planks for few minutes daily. Lot of water consumption.

(3). At least 1 HR before the act / meet, have sweet lime juice or tomato juice (less or no sugar).

(4). Usually erection is directly linked with our thoughts. So do not bring 100 things in your mind. Just relax and have a goal of only enjoying the time as much possible.

STD panel test for most common STDs and HIV Elsa or any blood test for HIV antibodies.

If it was your 1st time pulling back the foreskin, you 'll feel pain. Gradually it 'll decrease.

About white stuff around penis head / swollen head better to consult a doctor. It's common infection and applying some oilment 'll bring it back to normal. Don't worry it's normal only. Urinary infection 'll make it swollen and cause pain on tips.

I agree with Lamboos, first go and see a doctor to run tests. If it is you need to act fast to get rid of STI.

I had similar symptoms and the issue was a fungal infection called candida or thrush. Candida is always present on uncircumcised penises, but during some favorable environment conditions, it multiplies. It makes the foreskin rigid and it cracks when expanded.

I just had to apply a fungal cream for 2 weeks and it was already better. I was also prescribed a steroid cream to reduce the inflammation and make the foreskin soft and stretchy.

Go and see a doc soon, could be something that can be treated.
